He oversees the company's strategic IT organization and is responsible for deploying services and technologies that create competitive advantage for the companies it serves. Prior to founding Metro Relay, Max spent 20 years in business and IT leadership roles across both public and private sectors, pioneering the use of analytics and technology to transform product and service delivery. He holds a master's degree in Computer Science from the University of Michigan and a bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of Massachusetts.
Ali serves as a strategic technology leader and close partner to the CEO, helping drive healthcare innovation, operational modernization, and digital transformation initiatives. With multidisciplinary expertise in Chemical and Civil Engineering, along with advanced studies at Cyprus International University, he brings a systems-driven approach to healthcare technology integration. Ali focuses on implementing practical, scalable solutions that improve reliability, efficiency, and frontline usability while enhancing the experience for both providers and patients.
